User agreement

This User Agreement covers your rights and obligations in accessing and using www.m-dv.ru (“Website”) products and services.


1. GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1. Any use of the Website is governed by the rules of current legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.2. This User Agreement is a public offer. When accessing or using our Website, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by this Agreement.

1.3. The site administration may unilaterally amend or modify this Agreement at any time. Changes shall become effective 3 (three) days after the publication of the revised version on. 3. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

3.1. All possible disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be settled in accordance with current legislation of the Russian Federation.

3.2. Nothing in this Agreement can be taken as establishment between you and the site administration agent relations, community relations, relations for mutual activity, relations of own hire or any other relations not covered under this Agreement.

3.3. If any part of this Agreement is judicially found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the Agreement. 

3.4. Omission committed by the site administration in case of a breach of any part of this Agreement does not waive them the right to take appropriate action in defense of their interests and for purposes of copyright protection for site contents reserved by the Law.


YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, THEN PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.
